School Days

"First day" picture, which actually happened long after our first day
Math outside with a huge chalked number line
Monet inspired water lily art

Mini Vacation
We took a short trip to Topeka to visit the capital building, the zoo, and the children's museum. We stopped to explore the (mostly dried up) waterfall at Chase Lake Falls on our way. We had the best time!
July happenings
Tanganyika
The kids had many roadside stands this summer. This one, a perler bead stand, was one of the most popular.
