Disney on Ice
Erica got the big kids tickets to Disney on Ice for Christmas, and yesterday was finally the day of the big show. We knew Natalie and Max would love it, but they had even more fun than I expected. The show was really great, but the kids' reactions were even more fun to watch!

Spring Break Sleepover
Natalie and Max started Spring Break with a sleepover at my parents' house last night. They came home with crafts (including the sun catchers in the picture) and lots of stories to tell. They fell asleep an hour early tonight - another sign of a fun sleepover.

Library Lover
She was so excited to go to the library today. She took her own little bag, picked out her books, and asked to do "quiet time" (reading books in her bed) while Emma napped when we got home.

Our Day
Max stayed home from school today with a fever, so we laid low most of the day until the sun called us outside this afternoon.

12 Months
Emma turned one and all of a sudden she seems like a big girl! How did she change from that tiny black-haired baby to this sweet toddler without us noticing?
At twelve months old Emma:
- gives the best kisses. She puckers up and pops her lips to kiss us all at bedtime and nap time, and we all gush about how cute it is every time.
- LOVES to dance. She has multiple dance moves that we encourage with frequent dance parties in the kitchen. Watch for a video soon!
- clasps her hands (and then moves them around to dance) while we pray before meals.
- loves to chase and tickle Max.
- waves to every big truck and big animal she sees.
- has eight teeth - four on top and four on bottom.
- weighs 23 lbs 8 oz (91st percentile) and is 31.5 inches tall (98th percentile).
