School Shopping

We picked out Natalie and Max's school supplies today, and it seems that getting Freezing Moo ice cream before heading home from school supply shopping has become a tradition. The sun was very bright and very hot, so this was the best picture we got!

 

Clean Hair

Isabel likes to pretend to wash her hands and her hair whenever she sees a soap bottle. She taps the top of the bottle a few times to pretend to get some soap and then rubs her hands together or rubs them through her hair. This morning she was really getting into "washing" her hair. 

Tie Dyed Shirts!

Ta-da! We had a lot of fun making our shirts, and I'm pleasantly surprised with how easy it was and how well they turned out. We have a lot of dye left, so we may come up with some more projects over the next couple weeks.

Porch Fishing

My dad gave Max a full tackle box a few weeks ago, so Max and Emma have been using it to play fishing on the front porch. It's a good thing that we live on a quiet street because some of Max's casts have gone into or even all the way across the road.
