8 Months!

Abigail turned eight months old yesterday!

Abigail brings our family so much joy. I think every baby should get to be a fifth baby and grow up surrounded by so much love and admiration. 

This month has been one of noticeable growth and change, which is so bittersweet. She weighed 19 pounds, 10 ounces last week at her flu shot appointment. Two little bottom teeth are on their way in, and they haven't seemed to bother her at all. She has started to jabber; "nananana" and "dadadada" are her new sounds. We have fun pretending that she's talking about Natalie and Chris. 

She still eats really well. Recently she has really enjoyed blueberries, scrambled eggs, banana pancakes, and black beans. 

She goes by many names here at home:  Abigail, Abby, Abs, Abs-a-doodle, Doodle (Natalie coined the last one)

We love that she is learning and growing, but this stage of babyhood is one that I think I could stay in forever. We're doing our best to soak it all in because life with little Abby is just so sweet.
