Christmas

Whew! Now that we've been home for a few days, the house is somewhat back to normal, and everyone is on the mend from coughs/ear infections, it's time to get back to the blog again.

We had a great time seeing all of our family around Christmas. Most of our Christmas went un-photographed. I guess we were too busy living it to document it! Here is what we did end up with.

We had O'Halloran Christmas at the farm on Saturday, which is a new tradition that we all love! The lodge is such a fun gathering space, and the kids all love to ride on the barrel train and run around outside. 

We opened our family presents on Christmas Eve and had a fun supper of party food at Grandma Beth's after church. Max woke everyone up at 5:40 Christmas morning to announce that Santa had come. I guess I'm kind of impressed that he slept until a somewhat normal waking time. 

We drove to Yates Center for lunch with my family on Christmas Day. We had fun seeing all of our extended family during the day, and then we finished off Christmas with one last round of presents from my parents in the evening. We spent the next day and a half playing and relaxing at my parents' house. What a fun Christmas!
